- We recommend filling out the 'Additional Customer Information' text field (see bullet 3 below).
- It is Highly Recommended that payment be sent with a Tracking Number. We are not responsible for payments lost in the mail.
- We will contact you via email by noon the next business day (Mountain Time) if we foresee any potential fulfillment issues due to payment transit time.

- 2) We schedule the review and processing of our online orders for between 3:00 and 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Order cutoff time for Same Day processing of the order is generally 4:00 PM Eastern Time. We may also check and fill online orders during other periods of the day. In the case that an item or items become unavailable or an items price changes between the time you place your order and we process your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. However, before cancelling your order, we will likely attempt to contact you with more information and potential options before cancelling your order.
- 3) If Paying By Money Order, We request that you fill out the 'Additional Customer Information' text field during the checkout process informing us When and How you are sending you payment. For Example, 'Jan 2, 2019 via First Class mail' or 'Tomorrow with Overnight Delivery'. We can then estimate the transit time for receiving the payment. As we do not Place your Order with distributors or put a Hold on In-Store Items until payment is received, we will review available stock to see if there may be any potential fulfillment issues due to payment transit time. 90+ percent of orders are not affected. However some Closeout and Sale items can go out of stock rapidly. If this latter case is possible, you will receive an email from us by 12 Noon Mountain Time the day after your order is placed.
