Backcountry Tactical collects sales tax only on shipments to customers located in Colorado.
Backcountry Tactical does not collect sales tax on sales made to residents of other States/Commonwealths into which we sell goods.
A purchase made on our online store is not necessarily exempt from sales or use tax in your state. Many states where In State purchases are taxable require purchasers to pay taxes on online Out of State purchases.
